At "Musikzentrum" Plochingen - centre of several music courses of the state, located in Stuttgart's suburban region. Built in 2021 the house hosts great learning facilities and highly equipped rehearsal rooms, perfect for your needs.
The guesthouse is part of the "Musikzentrum" providing accomodation (single / double rooms) aswell as breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant. The bar is in the groundfloor of the guesthouse and welcomes you to celebrate evenings together. You can always get water and coffee individually during the day!

How to get to "Musikzentrum BW":
From the airport (STR): take the
- S-Bahn train S2 (direction Schorndorf) or S3 (direction Backnang) to Hauptbahnhof/Mainstation or
- U-Bahn train U6 (Gerlingen) to Hauptbahnhof/Mainstation
From the Hauptbahnhof/Mainstation:
-> CHANGE HERE TO: S1 (main station "down"! direction Kirchheim/Teck) or numerous Regional Trains ( main station "up": MEX 12/16/ 18, RE5)

YES! breakfast / lunch / dinner is provided & included in the fee.. Coffee and water is included as well.
The "Guesthouse" attached to the "Musikzentrum" hosts you and provides breakfast, lunch & dinner at their restaurant.
Choose DOUBLE or SINGLE-ROOM.
If possible we would like you to prepare min. one solo piece (Marimba or Vibra or Snare, ... ) and a Snare-Drum Etude. This way we will have a better opportunity to work together on details. An orchestral audition program is also a great base to work on. No worries about your level!
If possible (also from abroad), please bring a snare drum stand & practice pad. We also recommend bringing your own tambourine. All main instruments will be provided by our partners!

Terms of payment
Thank you for your registration. As soon as your application is processed in our system, you will receive an email with further payment details.
We kindly ask you to transfer the participation fee within 7 days of your registration to our bank account (details will be sent by email). If the payment is not received within this period, your place may be offered to another participant. In case of cancellation after payment and before May 1, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation on or after May 1, no refund is possible.

Otherwise your slot will be given to someone else. In case of cancelation from your side after the payment, there will be a 50 % refund. In case of cancelation from your side after the payment and registration after May 1st, there will be no refund. We're looking forward meeting you there!
